Food Log: 3/12/2012

breakfast: blueberry muffin larabar ; peanut butter (1 tbsp)

snack: banana ; peanut butter (1 tbsp)

lunch: salad w/ spinach, sunflower seeds, tofu, carrots, tomatoes, corn, chickpeas, raspberry vinaigrette ; grapes

dinner: peanut butter banana apple wrap

Vegan Challenge.

So I’ve been thinking about it a lot lately and I think that going vegan is definitely something that I want to do. Scratch that, it’s something that I need to do.

I have always been a large advocate of animal rights and after watching PETA’s Glass Walls video, I’ve decided that enough is enough and I need to get started right away.

So starting tomorrow, no more meat, dairy, and eggs. Luckily for me, I go to a relatively veg-friendly school. I’m really excited and if any of you have any tips, feel free to leave me  a message!
